Germany and the Czech Republic are known to the world as true beer loving nations. They have a rich, interlaced history of producing a diverse range of lagers and ales. Bottom fermenting beers ranging from crisp Czech pilsners to malt driven Bavarian lagers. Kölsch from Cologne to hefeweizens with phenolic profiles.
