German Heritage Ale II

This strain has origins from Cologne, Germany. It has the ability to produce beer over a broad temperature range. Fermented warmer, it displays soft, fruity esters, reminiscent of a pale ale. At lower temperatures, it displays cleaner 'lager like' characteristics.
