Hazy Souls: 

The sister strain to our LOST SOULS lager yeast. A German monastery hefeweizen strain that produces rich ester and phenolic weizen character. Think spicy clove and banana with notes of vanilla. It works great in all weizen styles, but we think its real superpower is its use in dark or higher gravity weizens.
